No need to buy a new tool if all you need is a new part. ARCH carries a variety of replacement parts for technical pens, compasses, electric erasers, Maylines, parallel rules, Spirolls, and many other items.

Pen Cleaning
Bring us your tired and dirty technical pens by 10:00 am, Wednesday morning and get them back ultrasonically cleaned by the end of the week.

Board Cutting
We are happy to cut boards to your specifications, at a reasonable hourly rate.

Community Bulletin Board
Are you looking for a studio space or employment opportunities? It might be worth your while to glance through the prospects constantly appearing on our bulletin board. Exhibitions & lectures — information on current events and creative seminars are often posted in the store.

Gift Certificates
If you can’t decide on a specific item, gift certificates are available.

ARCH Return Policy
We appreciate your business and hope that the materials you have purchased from us will be satisfactory. We do recognize that there are occasions for some returns which ARCH will accept within 30 days of purchase if the items are unused or defective. All returned merchandise must be in sellable condition and accompanied by the original receipts. You may exchange a return for store credit. All refunds will be made by the original purchase method. Purchases made by check will not be refunded until your check has been cleared by our bank.

The following are not returnable: portfolios & presentation books; model trees; markers; spray paint.
